What we support

We support rese­arch work, specia­list trai­ning courses and aware­ness-raising campaigns dedi­cated to gender-sensi­tive medi­cine. We focus on projects dealing with the impact that biolo­gical and socio­cul­tural gender factors have on dise­ases and their therapy.

Who we support

Our support aims exclu­si­vely towards insti­tu­tions, orga­ni­sa­tions, educa­tional and rese­arch insti­tu­tions which are based in Switz­er­land.

What we don’t support

  • Projects that are not dedi­cated to the topic of gender-sensi­tive medi­cine
  • Appli­ca­tions from insti­tu­tions, orga­ni­sa­tions, educa­tional and rese­arch insti­tu­tions not based in Switz­er­land
  • Indi­vi­dual support appli­ca­tions

Good to know

The foun­da­tion regu­larly deli­be­rates on projects with a funding amount of less than CHF 10,000 and decides whether to accept or reject them in a timely manner.

Peri­odic reviews are conducted for projects with a funding amount excee­ding CHF 10,000. The next submis­sion dead­line is 30 September 2025.
